Product Description
Boondi Ladoos, An exotic Indian dessert served across occasions.They are made out of besan boondi balls fried in oil and soaked in sugar syrup with a blend of nuts. The boondi is much smaller in size compare to boondi ladoos. Its made out of boondi batter and sugar syrup.
Ingredients
- Sugar
- Milk
- Ghee
- Besan/gram flour
- Cardamom (elaichi)
- A generous pinch of saffron powder/kesar or crushed saffron
- Oil for deep frying
- A bit of oil or ghee for applying on the palms while shaping the ladoos
