23. Next-day Delivery Service

All orders from before 12pm mid-day between Monday to Thursday will be processed on the same day for delivery. Any orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working business day. In some situations, even though the order has been processed for next day, Courier Company might fail to deliver it to you next day, in this case My Crown restaurant won’t be held responsible if the delay is caused by the courier company or any other third party and bad weather conditions. Once the order has been processed we will provide a tracking number and it is your responsibility to track and check the progress of your shipment. If there are any problems you must inform My Crown Restaurant immediately to identify any issues. Once we dispatch your order, we will issue you with a shipment email with your order's tracking. Upon receipt its very important that you refrigerate any milk products. Under certain circumstance we  might not be able to process your order for next day delivery if we run out of stock or recipient details have mistake in them. We will provide an update on an email if there are any reasons we believe we wont be able to deliver it to you.  In case of details are incorrect your order will be held till we receive details back from you.

24. Non-delivery of Items

Please make sure someone is available for collection of delivery between 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Monday to Friday as all orders require signature. A card will be left with instructions on delivery of your shipment. It will then become recipient responsibility to track the shipment and collect their parcel or arrange re delivery. You must inform My Crown Restaurant Ltd if you don’t receive your shipment, so we can try to identify any issues and locate your parcel. Any complaints should be raised to within 48 hours. My Crown restaurant will not be held responsible for non-delivery due to recipient not being present at home or due to bad weather conditions resulting the goods being inedible A full refund will be entitled if we fail to dispatch your order or alternatively you will be given an option to have it delivered at a later date.

25. Special Instructions

All images used on this website are demonstration purpose only. The products will carry some resemblance.

If you do not receive the order confirmation email after placing the order please call us to confirm whether the order has been successfully placed. The delivery hours will depend on Courier Company. The standard delivery hours of most courier companies are between 8am to 6pm. Hence if you are not at home to receive your order, standard delivery terms will apply. You agree that My Crown Restaurant Ltd will NOT be held responsible for any loss or damage of your goods. All orders are dispatched with clear notices for the courier to handle your order correctly informing them of their fragility. However, on rare occasions, you may find these items may break upon receipt. My Crown Restaurant Ltd will not be held liable for such instances and if customers purchase these items they agree that they accept the delivered product as is upon receipt.

26. Cancellation Policy

As delivery is dispatched on a same day service we are unable to accept any cancellation as we require 24 hr prior notice. This will contradict with same day delivery service. Cancellation will only be accepted when a 24 hr notice is given on non-standard delivery order. You can make the cancellation by replying back to the order confirmation email automatically upon placing the order.
